being tasty. We don't cut corners with packaged cheap stuff. Our food ingredients are
of the highest quality possible, our sauces and base components mostly made from scratch.
We use absolutely zero MSG, flavor additives, enhancers, excitotoxins, chemical colorings
or preservatives.
Avocado
An Avocado contains more potassium than a banana and is
chalk full of fiber and mono-saturated fatty acids which
are great for the heart, as it lowers LDL cholesterol and
triglycerides. Avocados contain a lot of antioxidants which
help maintain eye health. Studies also show this super fruit
may help prevent cancer and relieve symptoms of arthritis.
Tomato Salsa
Tomato Salsa contains carotenoid lycopene, which reduces the risk
of cancer, burns body fat, is great for the heart and stabilizes
blood sugar levels. Tomato Salsa is high in citric acid, vitamin C
and contains an antioxidant called quercetin which has anti-inflammatory
and anti-cancer properties in the body. Salsa is also low calories.
Mango
Mangoes are highly nutritious fruits containing fiber, Vitamin A and C along
with Potassium and Vitamin B6. This frit helps with digestion and has found
to have anti-cancer properties.
Olive Oil
Fact is, many of the store brands of olive oils are fake, they are cut and mixed with other oils
and labeled incorrectly. We go out of our way to import certified extra virgin olive oil, so the
health benefits are real. It is probably the single healthiest monosaturated fats, right up there with
coconut oil. Olive Oil contains strong antioxidants that may reduce risk of chronic diseases
and fight inflammation while helping blood cholesterol from oxidation which lowers the
risk of heart disease.
Almonds
Packed with nutrients such as protein, fiber, vitamin E, copper, vitamin B2 and magnesium,
almonds help control blood sugar levels, lower LDL cholesterol and has been shown to help
weight loss by reducing hunger.
Cumin
Many of our foods are flavored with Cumin spice, which gives it an earthy, nutty, warm flavor.

fiber, Vitamins C, A, K and B9 folic acid, potassium, phosphorous and selenium. Helps
reduce inflammation and related certain cancers while stabilizing blood sugar levels, It
has been found to slow aging, boost the immune system and help with bones, joints and
oral health. Truly a super food.
Asparagus
Similar to broccoli, asparagus contains tons of antioxidants, nutrients, minerals and
vitamins. But it also has micronutrients such as iron, zinc and riboflavin. Asparagus
improves digestion, and is particularly high in flavonoids such as quercetin,
isorhamnetin and kaempferol.
Black Beans
Black beans are super healthy, loaded and contain more protein by weight than red meat.
This super food has folate, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, vitamins B1
